At BoobyGrow, we’re all about getting your goodies to you quickly, smoothly, and with zero stress. Here’s how shipping works on our end:

Processing Time

We ship all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday- Friday) of receiving them. Once your package is on its way, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it every step of the glow-up journey.

High-Volume Orders (Dragons’ Den Update!)

With our Dragons’ Den episode airing, we’re experiencing a beautiful wave of new customers—hi angels! Because of this high demand, a few items may go on backorder.
If that applies to your order, the product page and your checkout screen will clearly show the updated shipping timeline, so you know exactly what to expect.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to keep things moving, but occasionally delays happen outside our control (postal strikes, weather issues, carrier disruptions, Mercury in retrograde—you know the vibe). If that happens, shipping timelines may shift slightly, but we’ll always keep you informed.
